Reaction pours in after fatal explosion at Ariana Grande concert in England
Celebrities and others around the world reacted as reports unfolded Monday about a deadly suicide bomber explosion at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England.
Police said at least 22 people were killed and 59 others were injured at Manchester Arena in what is being treated as a "terrorist incident." Greater Manchester Police Chief Constable Ian Hopkins said children are among the deceased.

Singer Taylor Swift told her 84 million Twitter followers she's sending all her love to those affected in Manchester. Singer Harry Styles said he's heartbroken in a tweet to his 30 million followers. Nicki Minaj tweeted to her nearly 21 million followers that she's sorry to hear about the tragedy.
They were among those offering support from around the world.
Sen. Ted Cruz tweeted that his thoughts and prayers are with the victims.
Sen. Kamala Harris of California expressed her thoughts on Twitter, calling reports coming out of Manchester "devastating news."
Ariana Grande's manager sent the following out on Twitter, saying, "Words cannot express our sorrow for the victims and families harmed in this senseless attack."
Michael Rapino, CEO of LiveNation, released a statement online, saying he is "deeply saddened by the tragic events in Manchester."
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said he's heartbroken, and that state law enforcement will step up security and patrols as a precaution. New York Police Commissioner James P. O'Neill tweeted that the city is closely monitoring the situation in Manchester.
The city of Manchester released a statement saying, "Our hearts go out to all affected and to our city's emergency services."
