A teacher's aide in Oklahoma is being commended after she was caught on camera rescuing a little boy who was choking on a penny.

The 5-year-old boy's sister can be heard telling the teacher's aide on the school bus that she thinks her brother swallowed a coin.

"Oh my lord, are you serious?" the teacher's aide responds.

The aide, who was driving, grabs the boy and begins doing the Heimlich maneuver.

The boy spits up, and eventually the penny comes out.

After the entire ordeal was over, the little boy asked for the penny back. The teacher's aide agreed, as long as he promised to never swallow it again.
