Photo-sharing apps with a twist 01:36

Photo-sharing apps are sizzling hot, but there are so many! We can't tackle them all, but here are a few you should try right now.

An app called Photo Circle let's you snap pics that you can share with a select group of people. Just take a photo and add a comment. You won't find any filters or followers on the app, but it creates a great space for sharing private moments and conversations. The app is free at Apple's App Store and Google Play.

Developers are adding interesting twists to photo sharing. One of the buzziest new apps is Jelly. The creators have simple instructions: Point, shoot and ask. Once you connect through Facebook or Twitter, you can see questions from your friends' friends.

Users have asked questions like "What is the state of our union?" or "How can I improve my desk?" The possibilities are endless. And if you like an answer to your question, you can send a thank you note. The app is free at Apple's App Store.

An app called OKDoThis turns photography into a game. People create tasks to do, like taking a photo of your shoes or looking up and taking a picture.

To participate, press "do this," which will pull up the camera. After a photo is taken, you can add a filter and then share it with the community. Your photo goes into a collection with the same theme -- and the results are pretty neat. The app is free at Apple's App Store.
