Former FBI director named special counsel for Russia probe

With almost no warning, the Justice Department appointed former FBI Director Robert Mueller Wednesday as special counsel in charge of the bureau's investigation Russian interference with the presidential election. Mueller, who led the FBI for 12 years, was named one day after we learned of a memo by fired FBI Director James Comey. Jeff Pegues reports.
