How Ted Cruz rose to become a 2016 presidential candidate
Republican Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas announced Monday he'll be running for president in 2016. Speaking at Liberty University, Cruz detailed his campaign mission, which asks his supporters to "imagine" what he'd accomplish if elected president. Chip Reid reports.
