So far, Earth is having the second-hottest year on record

According to new NOAA climate data, the globe had the second-hottest April on record, and so far 2017 has been the second-hottest year to date. Arctic and Antarctic sea ice are also at record lows. NOAA climatologist Ahira Sanchez-Lugo joins CBSN with more on the report.
