Walter Shelley juror: Brown's testimony was key

On Sept. 13, 2013, Walter Shelley was found guilty of first-degree murder. His one-time friend, Edward Alan Brown, was the key witness against him. This time jurors believed Brown's confession that he was there when Shelley and Michael Ferreira killed John McCabe. Another jury acquitted Ferreira on nearly the same testimony and evidence.
